The purchaser receives a two year warranty on all systems excluding sensors, cables and batteries. The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace with a new device at no charge systems, which are found to be defective provided that the buyer informs the manufacturer of the defect and provides the device serial number within the warranty period. This guarantee is the purchaser's sole and exclusive legal remedy for the devices or accessories supplied which prove to be defective in any way. All repaired or replaced devices shall be delivered to customer by the manufacturer at no charge. Costs for sending claims to the manufacturer are excluded from the warranty. These systems are sensitive devices and may only be repaired by experienced and specially trained personnel.
